What is a workspace?
A workspace is a separate environment in Syncra. Each workspace has its own billing, team, permissions, connected social accounts, media library, templates, notes, reports, and settings. Your account can belong to multiple workspaces, so you can switch between clients or brands without signing out.
A workspace is not just a folder or label. It is the boundary that keeps billing, access, assets, approvals, and reporting organized together.
For solo operators: one workspace is usually enough when all of your brands, accounts, assets, and billing live together.
For agencies: one workspace per client is usually the cleaner setup when you need isolation, split billing, separate permissions, separate assets, or cleaner reporting.
The math: 1 subscription = 1 workspace. To run 5 clients in separate workspaces on Studio, that is 5 × $99/mo.
Each plan includes 1 workspace per subscription. One login can belong to multiple workspaces.
Account protection
Safe daily posting limits per connected account
To protect your accounts from being flagged for spam and to respect platform limits, Syncra enforces safe daily posting limits for each connected account independently. If you connect 3 Instagram accounts, each account gets its own daily limit.

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time during the trial.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. Changes are prorated—you'll only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Yes. A workspace is the operating boundary inside Syncra: it has its own team, billing, permissions, connected accounts, media, templates, and reports. If multiple brands share the same people, approval flow, billing, and asset library, one workspace is usually enough. If a client needs isolation or separate billing, create a separate workspace instead. One login can belong to multiple workspaces, so you can switch between them without leaving the product.
Posts move through clear states: Draft → Needs Review → Approved → Scheduled. Team and Studio plans let you assign reviewers and require sign-offs before publishing.
All plans allow you to export your posts and analytics. Studio plans add 1-year analytics retention, higher media limits, and priority support. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
